At Morlen Sinoway Atelier, we offer curated limited edition items for our online store, selected by us for individually crafted, proven handmade quality and lively design personality. All artisan/individually made/crafted items have unique attributes. Variations in color and texture do not affect the quality. The colors as shown on your computer browser screen are representative, actual items may vary.

Payment Options
- We take the following credit cards for your purchase: AMEX, Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card.
- Your credit card will be authorized at the time you place your order and debited when items are shipped.

Shipping
- All Morlen Sinoway Atelier online orders will process and ship within 2-4 business days. If any item is not in stock, we shall notify you right away and suggest an alternate or let you know when the pieces will be back in stock. The price for shipping your items is determined when your order is placed, based upon weight and shipping option chosen. 
- Delivery date is best estimate based upon the reliability of our shipping service. We offer: Standard UPS Ground service on our website by default, however you can also call us for overnight or 2 day shipping options/pricing.
- Morlen Sinoway Atelier insures your shipment with our shipping service, until the package is signed for as delivered. All our shipping options request a signature for delivery. If you opt to instruct the shipper to leave the package without signature, you assume the risk of loss once the package has been left.

International Shipping
- We do ship internationally, at standard international rates. Please call us for international shipping options when you are ready to place your order. 
- International customers are responsible for all required import duties and taxes, which will need to be paid before customs will release your order for delivery.

Returns
- We do want you to be pleased with your selections from our curated items.
- Should you wish to return a purchased item, you may do so within 10 days of receipt for full refund or store credit, if the item is returned in unused perfect condition, with the original packaging and the sales receipt/packing slip. 
- After we assure that the condition of the returned item is as sent, we will refund the price of the item within 7 business days of our receipt of the returned item. 
- We reserve the right to make only a partial refund or not to refund. Should there be any reason to withhold a refund or any part of it, we will notify you by email and provide a customer service telephone number for you to reach us.
- We refund your purchase price, but shipping charges are not refundable.
- Please insure your return shipment. We are not liable for a return which is damaged or lost in transit.

Security
- We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for the Morlen Sinoway Atelier online store to transmit your sensitive credit information. 
- We do not keep the sensitive credit information after your transaction is completed and the return period has passed.
- We ask you to enter your credit card information each time you purchase, as a security precaution for you.
